Road Hog USB to VGA installer

Note: This application will install the driver for the USB to VGA adapter on Road Hog consoles. Hog 3PC version 2.5.0 or greater is required.  The driver is already included in Road Hog XPe Image 1.1.2 or greater, so this installer is only required when using an older XPe image.
