How to Upload Show Files and Activity Logs to Support

 
Occassionally console operators may need to upload show files and/or console activity logs to members of the High End support staff.  Due to common complications with sending these types of files through email we have made available the following procedure for sending your files:

1) Visit the following link: https://highend.wetransfer.com/

2) Input the email address of an HES support staff member in the "enter friend's email address" field.

3) Input your email address in the "enter your email address" field.

4) Click on "Add files" and choose the file(s) you wish to send.

5) Type a short message describing the reason why you are sending the files.

6) Click "Transfer" (you will receive an email confirmation indicating your files have been sent).
